With almost 50 million customers across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, Nubank is now the largest digital bank in the world. It is also one of the world’s most innovative companies. Currently, I lead Design for Credit Card at Nubank, where I manage a cross-functional team of product designers, researchers, UX Writers, and design managers. My team is responsible for all customer-facing interactions related to credit across three different customer segments within Brazil.

A premium credit card targeting the affluent segment in Brazil
Collaborated directly with the Mastercard leadership team, the credit card production factory, and our internal executive team to launch this numberless Black card. I am the principal inventor on a patent (Nubank’s first!) for the randomized hidden messages displayed on the credit cards in ultraviolet ink, which can be synced to a digital version of the card within the app. #ultravioletisthenewblack
