Amanda is a hands-on design leader that drives strategic initiatives forward using technology and design. She has extensive experience across finance and technology, and has worked at both start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. She currently leads a multi-disciplinary design team at Nubank, the largest independent digital bank in the world and one of the world’s most innovative companies. Prior to that, she led the Creative Technology team at Capital One.
